HOT STONE JOURNEY

This massage is a combination of warmth and weight from heated smooth stones to sooth away unwanted tension and stress. Flat rounded basalt stones are placed in strategic positions along
the spine stimulating the body's natural energy channels. Muscles will melt as stones are glided
along the limbs increasing circulation and warming the very core of your inner being.

The transfer of energy, by the light laying of hands, from Reiki Master to client results in the restored health of body, mind, and soul.

SPORTS

This massage is solely for the athlete. Performed in 2 parts, the first invigorates and the second eliminates. Scheduling should take place the day before or the day of an event to achieve maximum muscle lengthening and stimulation. The second part to be scheduled the day after for lymphatic drainage and releasing built up lactic acid. Getting ready to jumpstart a new workout?
