Late Arrivals
Spa Neo regrets that late arrivals will not receive an extension of scheduled service times and will be responsible for full service fees. We suggest arriving a few minutes early.

Reservations
Services are available by appointment on a daily basis. We recommend calling as far in advance as possible to
ensure availability.

Guest Cancellations
Spa Neo requests the courtesy of a 24 hour cancellation notice for all spa services. Cancellations of less than 24 hours or no-shows will be charged at 100%.

Cell Phones & Pagers
Out of consideration for all of our clients, please mute pagers and cell phones. Cell phone use is not permitted in
the spa.

Spa Information
To ensure that all of our clients receive the full length of service, we suggest that you arrive 15 minutes before your appointment. Paperwork from first time clients is required at this time and it gives you the client time to prepare for the total spa experience.
